Can be printed with or without supports, these files have been optimized for easy printing. Speaker holder against build plate is recommended for the main chassis.
The digital files included are: **Updated 12/23/21 with additional versions of parts for various installations**
Speeder Chassis (1.12" OD)
- Sound Board Support: GHv3 & Proffieboard v2 press fit holders - Small dabs of e6000 along the edges make for a solid hold and Kapton tape is always recommended for covering the
solder contacts/pads.
- Speaker Support: 28mm Bass Speaker (all types) - Super Glue or e6000 on lip of speaker required to secure to chassis.
Aux switch holder for use with a 1.5mm brass stem micro tactile switch (available on my shop)
Battery contact holders (print two of these) designed for Protected 18650 use
Hilt side "gear" NPXL holder
Speaker spacer (optional use if you use a set screw to secure the chassis)
Shtok Rotary PCB holder for a removable chassis (optional use, but should be used with the speaker spacer if you want a removable chassis)
Shtok Rotary PCB v2 - This updated piece allows for a set screw to hold the unit in place versus using adhesive - for use with a removable chassis.
