These handles are meticulously cut, planed, routed, shaped and hand finished by myself here at TSM. Each one is uniquely different. From the grain pattern of the wood to the rounded pommel edges, it can’t get anymore handmade than this! Each handle requires many hours of labor (7 to 12 hours each to be precise).
Each purchase comes with a finished handle, TSM chassis core and 2" stainless steel blade holder, though you are welcome to create and use your own chassis or sent it to a qualified installer. These beautiful handles can also be used as a base for so many other custom hilts with one of a kind materials!
No electronics are included, though you can always purchase the installed option in the drop down menu, and I will provide an installed core, then cut and shape the Mekugi (chassis retention pin) and ensure it a clean and finished appearance.
