Tri-Strip Blade Foam (for 1" OD Blades)

Have you ever tried to assemble a pixel blade with more than two flexible pixel strips, only to have your blade foam get a snag and tear... We have, and Its maddening, especially because its not exactly inexpensive to order a single piece of foam for a blade. With this in mind, and because I was ordering a huge quantity of blade materials to be shipped to us via sea, we asked the vendor to make us the same foam we always have them produce, but with a larger internal diameter. 

What we received surpassed our expectations and it makes assembling any blade much easier, especially a three or four strip blade!  The last photo shows an example of our standard foam on the right and our larger inner diameter foam on the left.
