I recently needed a very small, easy-to-wire micro tactile switch that was also illuminated, and figured it might as well be lit by a pixel, so I could select any color I wanted. What came of this was the production of a tiny, easy-to-place anywhere switch that could be used in switch boxes as well as 5mm LED bezels!
